Grandpa & Grandma decided not to come along, they had "sacrified" and stayed home to look after Nikolas so that Daddy, Mummy & Nikole can enjoy themselves. Thanks Grandpa & Grandma!
We all woke up early at 7am.. as the morning was raining quite heavily; Daddy say better to leave the house earlier for the 10.25am flight. We had a nice Merc Cab to bring us to the airport.
First time at the Budget Terminal. Small Terminal... but with nice playground for Nikole to spend her morning. ^-^
We were lucky that the rain stopped before we board the plan.. there are no connecting bridges to the air-plane.. we had to walk over to the airplane and climb up via stairs. A different experience for Nikole :)
The flight was pleasant and the steward on duty was very friendly to us; he greeted Nikole with "Princess, Welcome on board!" "Princess, did u buckle up well?" "Bye bye Princess !" and these really make her day! ^-^
We noted that Nikole is always looking out for the safety instruction card when ever is on flight.. cute. She did tat during her flight out to Penang.. same happens during our flight to Japan.. and now to KL.. she quickly pick up the card infront of the seat pocket and busy reading thru..haha
We touch down at KL at about 12noon; and we had lunch at the LCCT before taking a cab from the airport to the hotel.. which took us about an hour thereon.. The cab system is really unfriendly; you need to get a pre-paid tickets inside the terminal; ie before u walk out of the terminal and; for those who did not manage to grab a tickets; u will need to inform the police again to re-entry the gantry.
Thanks to Daddy whom is very familiar with the system; our flow of movement was smooth.
We heard many newbies complaining at the taxi stand; cuase they had are not allowed to board the taxi and had to walk all the way back to the terminal to get the ticket..
Nikole slept all the way from the airport to the hotel.. tat was a good one full hour of power nap.
She woke up fresh when we reach Crown Plaza Hotel.
We had a nice hot bath before heading our way out to the Pavilion for a nice 4 hours of shopping.
The pavilion is juz a 5 min walk from the back door of our hotel. V convenient.
Nikole has grown up :).. no carry.. she happily hold our hands and shop shop shop.
We had dinner at one of the restaurant in the mall; the long walk around sure make our little girl hungry.. she self -fed herself and finish the whole plate of fried rice! Well done! Clap clap! :)
